Quinoa is cultivated in the Peruvian Andes since about 5000 years ago. As potato, it was one of the main food of the ancient inka´s.
Quinoa has eight essential amino acids for humans, which makes it a very complete food and easy to digest. Traditionally, toast quinoa grains and flour is produced with them.
